65Mn spring steel wire has a carbon content of 0.62%-0.70%, a manganese content of 0.90%-1.20%, a tensile strength of 980-1275MPa, a yield ratio of ≥0.85, an elastic limit of 800MPa after quenching and tempering, a rebound rate of over 95%, and is suitable for fatigue resistance in a wide temperature range of -30℃ to 150℃ (500,000 bends without breaking). After bluing/galvanizing for corrosion protection, it is specially used for automobile suspension springs, pneumatic tool valve springs, precision instrument compression springs and high-elasticity fishing reels. With the synergistic effect of high-carbon alloy reinforcement and manganese element solid solution at the grain boundaries, it has both ultra-high elastic reserve and anti-creep stability, making it the core wire material for heavy-load high-frequency working springs.
