Q195 carbon steel wire is based on ultra-low carbon steel with a carbon content of ≤0.12%. It is refined through hot rolling, pickling and rust removal, and multiple cold drawing. It has a yield strength of ≥195MPa, a tensile strength of 315-430MPa, an elongation of ≥33%, can be cold-bent 180° without cracking, and a hardness of HV≤110, making it easy to cut. Its cost is 30% lower than that of medium carbon steel. After being adapted to galvanizing/plastic coating for corrosion protection, it is widely used in low-stress flexible scenarios such as building binding, agricultural fencing, woven filter screens, and packaging binding, combining economy with process tolerance.
