321 Stainless Steel Sheet
321 stainless steel plate is titanium stabilized austenitic stainless steel (containing Ti≥5×C%) with excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. Its typical composition is 17-19% chromium and 9-12% nickel, and it can work continuously below 800°C. It is specially designed for parts that cannot be heat treated after welding, and is widely used in high temperature environments such as aircraft engines, heat exchangers, and chemical equipment. It has better thermal stability than 304.

The titanium addition minimizes carbide formation in weld zones, eliminating the need for post-weld annealing and reducing intergranular corrosion risk. While sharing similar general corrosion resistance with 304 in annealed conditions, 321 performs better in high-temperature or chloride-free caustic environments.
