Low carbon steel wire is made of high-quality low carbon steel with a carbon content of ≤0.25% as the base material, and is refined through cold drawing, annealing and other processes. It has high ductility (elongation 25%-40%) and flexible processing, tensile strength 350-550MPa, hardness HV90-150, welding suitability rate over 90%, and cold bending 180° without cracks. Its cost is 20%-35% lower than that of medium and high carbon steel, and it is widely used in construction binding, agricultural fencing, logistics binding, furniture springs and galvanized filter screens. With its corrosion-resistant coating and forming stability, it has become a cost-effective general metal wire solution.

Medium carbon steel wire uses alloy steel with a carbon content of 0.25%-0.60% as the base material. Through the coupling of hot rolling control, spheroidizing annealing softening and cold drawing deformation strengthening, it achieves a precise match of strength (tensile strength 650-980MPa) and toughness (impact absorption energy ≥25J). The hardness HV180-280 is 1.5 times higher than that of low carbon steel, and the tempering softening temperature is above 350°C.
